Day in and day out, Bollywood actors have to face difficult, worst and weird scripts. Here are some of the worst or weirdest script offers given to Bollywood stars(and how they reacted to them):

Akshay Kumar’s worst script offer:

A director had come to Akshay Kumar with a script which was normal till the interval. After that the story goes like that the character played by Akshay goes to the jail and then some guy in the prison rapes him. Akshay Kumar was shocked. He told the director, “Sir, all the best to you. But I am not doing this classic”.

Hema Malini’s worst script offer:

Once a director told Hema Malini that he had a superb script in which she would play Jeetendra’s wife in the film. He said that Jeetendra would die and a younger version would appear in a double role, as his son. The young looking Jeetendra would romance Rati Agnihotri, while Hema would be sitting in a wheel chair and watching the proceedings. Hema Malini asked him if Jeetendra could get a double role, then why not she? The writer went away and never came back.

Koena Mitra’ worst script offer:

Once a director told Koena that he would be making a movie on journalists and that she would play the role of a journo. However, he also said that there would be a backless scene in the film and if she was upto it. Koena asked him for the details of the role but the director had only one answer for her throughout, “I will only narrate the story to you if you agree to do the backless scene.’” Of course, Koena refused the author backed role.

Ashmit Patel’s worst script offer:

It is another thing that Ashmit Patel hardly gets offers but since he is known for a horny image, onscreen and off-screen too, he got a film offer that suited his taste. The director offered him a Tarzan kind of movie with the voluptuous Mallika Sherawat as Jane. When the poor boy asked for the script, the director had a ready answer. “Don’t worry, there are 52 kisses in it.”

Celina Jaitley’s worst script offer:

One day when Celina Jaitley was shooting in London, a fan can expressed his interest to make a film with her. The lissome lass didn’t want to appear rude and asked him what the story was about. He said that he had visualized her as Lady Tarzan in the film. Celina didn’t know which way to look.

Priyanshu Chatterjee’s worst script offer:

One day a director narrated to Priyanshu Chatterjee that the his state of the art movie would have the cows dancing with headphones to a particular tune which was to be the theme of the movie. Priyanshu thought may be this director was thinking about making an animation movie. But no! he was thinking of a feature film. Priyanshu didn’t hear the full script but he wondered what his role would have been, definitely not a cow since he has the habit of chewing gum.

Dia Mirza’s worst script offer:

Dia Mirza states that she gets the weirdest scripts with gory insights but with a promise that ‘madam, this will definitely get you the best actress award.” Sample one of them which she thinks is the weirdest offer. The story is of a woman(to be played by DIa Mirza) who is raped by her father-in-law, while her husband is killed. Dia cant believe it when directors are sure that it will be a path-breaking film.

Manoj Bajpai’s worst script offer:

Manoj Bajpai was bowled over(in the wrong way ie;) when a director came upto him with a story of a eunuch. He wanted Manoj Bajpai to play the character of a eunuch who takes revenge on those people who had turned him into a eunuch. Of course, since the director wanted realism, he wanted Manoj Bajpai to castrate all the characters that took part in the crime. Manoj Bajpai refused the offer point-blank. The director wasn’t amused. He said,”Sir you are definitely losing out on a great film which could have changed your career” Manoj Bajpai definitely didn’t want to change his career. Amen!
