Abby Hayes’ favorite color is purple. Her creator, artist Lynn Gesue, seems to like it too. You may or may not know about the “Amazing Days of Abby Hayes” novel series. But it’s become popular enough with the sixth grade crowd that it has its own entry on Wikipedia these days.
