Ø      Quality control practices in Microbiological analysis.

Ø      Use and Maintenance of reference cultures.

Ø      Water analysis by pour plate and Membrane filtration method.

Ø      Growth promotion test for the media.

Ø      Environmental monitoring.Settle plate. Air sampling. Surface monitoring. Personnel monitoring.

Ø      Sterility test by Membrane filtration technique.

Ø      Microbial limit tests.

Ø      Antimicrobial effectiveness testing.

Ø      Bacterial Endotoxin test by LAL test (Gel clot method). General

Ø       Biosafety of Microbiology Laboratory.

Ø       Active participation in Internal Quality audits.

Ø       Good exposure in documenattion of  QC.

Ø       Implementation of good GLP and GCP.

Ø       Maintenance of all the records as per the regulatory

requirements.

Ø       Preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP)

as per the regulatory requirements.
